These terms cover your use of baywaone.com and the BayWa One installer waitlist. They do not cover use of the BayWa One product itself, or the purchase of equipment from BayWa r.e. Those are governed by separate agreements.

1. What these terms cover

By using this website or submitting the waitlist form, you agree to these terms. If you are using the site on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorized to do so on that company's behalf.

2. The waitlist is not a contract

Joining the waitlist registers your interest. It does not create an agreement to provide BayWa One to you, does not guarantee access, a place in the Early Access Program, a timeline, a price, or any particular capability. Access to BayWa One will be subject to a separate written agreement and to eligibility criteria we set.

3. What this site says about the product

We describe BayWa One as it works at the time of writing, and we mark clearly what is live, what is early and what is planned. Roadmap items are statements of current intent, not commitments: features, integrations, partners and timing can change, and some capabilities are enabled per account as integration credentials are issued. Nothing on this site is a warranty, a specification or an offer.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• submit false information, or someone else's details, through the waitlist form;
• use the form or any contact address on this site to send bulk, automated or unsolicited messages;
• attempt to interfere with, probe or disrupt the site or the systems behind it;
• scrape, copy or republish the site's content other than for your own internal evaluation.

5. Intellectual property

The content, design, logos and trademarks on this site belong to BayWa r.e. or its licensors. "BayWa r.e." and the BayWa r.e. logo are trademarks of BayWa r.e. AG. Third-party names mentioned on this site, including NetSuite, DocuSign, Artemis, EnergyScape, Sungage, LightReach, Verdant, Yellowpay and Google, are the trademarks of their respective owners and are used only to describe the integrations BayWa One supports.

6. Third-party links and services

This site links to third-party services, including the BayWa One application at app.baywaone.com and the form and hosting providers described in our privacy policy. We are not responsible for the content or practices of third-party sites.

7. No warranty, and limits on liability

This website is provided "as is". We take care to keep it accurate, but we do not warrant that it is error-free or continuously available.

8. Privacy

How we handle the details you submit is set out in our privacy policy, which forms part of these terms.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. The version published on this page is the one that applies, and the date at the top tells you when it last changed.
